HR and Payroll
In addition to payroll calculation, our payroll services include salary payments, delivery of payslips to employees, and all statutory payroll reporting.

Accounting services are billed based on time spent, in 15-minute increments. Minimum billing is 1 hour per month.

The company has either fully ceased its business operations or is a passive holding company. Max. 20 receipts or accounting entries / transactions per year. Invoiced after completion of the previous financial statements for the following financial period, or upon commencement of the engagement. Additional work is billed at the accounting hourly rate. The Procountor fee is not included in the price.
